An exciting opportunity awaits to join Zurich Assure as an Advice Associate, working closely with the Paraplanning Manager.
You’ll partner closely with advisers to turn complex customer needs into clear, high-quality advice—supporting technical research, strategy development and advice preparation while delivering compliant, customer-focused outcomes efficiently and at scale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by connecting customer needs with advice delivery, applying your technical expertise and helping continually improve how great advice is delivered.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Explore and model smart advice strategies, products and providers
- Turn complex needs into clear, compliant recommendations
- Create accurate, audit-ready Statements of Advice
- Uncover customer needs to shape meaningful, tailored strategies
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless advice experiences
- Harness digital tools, AI and insights to make advice even better.
Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- RG146, plus an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in financial planning or personal insurance
- Strong paraplanning or technical advice support experience
- Confident balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A clear, concise and engaging communication style
- A customer-first mindset grounded in integrity and great outcomes
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently
- Life insurance knowledge and Xplan experience will be highly regarded
